Procedure-led hardware interventions, chassis and component replacement, physical checks and validation with remote engineers.

Desk installations, monitors, docking stations, phones and headsets, with power and network connections checked before handover.

Rack installation, device replacement, patching and cable labelling. Coordination with your remote team for configuration and testing.

Display and collaboration equipment installation, cabling, equipment checks and practical support for meeting room projects.

Inventory checks, equipment preparation and disposal logistics. BitRaser data-erasure tasks with reports, within an agreed procedure.

Installed HP thin clients, three monitors per desk, Cisco IP phones and Poly headsets, with power and network connections and Meraki Z4 gateways.
Workplace deploymentServer chassis replacement
Performed the physical chassis replacement and coordinated checks with the remote SRE team to validate the intervention.
Data center Smart HandsAV installation across 19 meeting rooms
Contributed as part of the installation team: Sony displays, Cisco collaboration equipment, mounting, power and network cabling.

Supported a Cisco-to-Fortinet refresh through rack work, cabling, labelling and testing. A separate assignment involved racking two Palo Alto firewalls while the remote team handled configuration.

Based in Geneva, serving Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland, including Nyon and Lausanne. Travel, timing and costs are confirmed for each assignment.
Visits elsewhere in Switzerland can be arranged exceptionally, particularly for established clients. They are agreed individually.
